In July 2010, PAPPC lost a dear friend and devoted colleague. Mr. Robert “Bob” Kelsey was a respected probation administrator not only within the Bucks County Adult Probation Department but throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bob voluntarily gave countless hours in various roles within the PAPPC for two decades and served as President in 2008-2009. Bob guided PAPPC with his gentle wisdom and experience to drive the Association to the highest standards of professionalism. On a personal level, he valued his family most and enjoyed spending time with them. Bob initiated many of the current activities PAPPC supports, and the mark he left continues to be appreciated by members and leaders of PAPPC.
