PAPPC, founded in 1921, has maintained a professional journal of the
field of Probation, Parole, and most recently Corrections since 1940.
We have assembled here copies of The Journal (also known as
The Quarterly) in PDF format which may be downloaded and viewed
using Adobe Acrobat. We are still searching for some issues and if
you know where we might be able to locate missing issues please contact
us.

We Salute
PAPPC salutes John Buggy (Philadelphia Juvenile Court) for his work as editor of The PAPPC Journal from 1991-2004. We also wish to express our appreciation to Keith Graybill as the new editor of The PAPPC Journal.
